KOREA VISA REQUIREMENTS

1. Duly filled-up visa application form (computerized; font style and size must be ARIAL 12)
2. Two 2x2 or passport sized colored picture with white back ground
   (picture size requirement for each embassy is different)
3. Original Passport w/ signature and 2 blank pages(6 months valid beyond intended stay)
4. Copy of passport data page
5. Original and copy of valid visas and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5years
6. Original personal bank certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average daily balance)
7. Original bank statement or certified true copy of passbook for the last 3 months
8. Copy of recent personal income tax return

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR:EMPLOYED:  

• COE(Certificate of employee) w/ compensation, Position, date hired, Headers of Company, company address, HR landline number and email address (CP # is not allowed)
•   Approve Leave of Absent
•       Copy of Income Tax Return (If none, GIVE EXPLANATION LETTER)
• Company I.D
• Copy of PRC/IBP ID (if professional)

BUSINESSMAN

• Photo copy of Business Permit
• Photo copy of DTI or SEC (SOR)
• Mayor’s Permit
• Copy of Income Tax Return (If none, GIVE EXPLANATION LETTER)

STUDENT & MINORS

• Original School Certificate (registration form is not accepted)
• Copy School I.D
•  Copy of parent’s documents such as original bank cert., original COE or Business documents

RETIREE

• Copy of Senior Citizen card or retirement documents

FOREIGN NATIONALS

• Copy of ICARD

GUARANTOR

• Guarantee Letter w/ sign of guarantor/ Affidavit of support
• Proof of relationship between applicant and guarantor( PSA Birth/ Marriage Cert)
• original bank cert., original COE or Business documents
• Income Tax Return of guarantor (If none, GIVE EXPLANATION LETTER)
•  2 copies of VALID I.D of guarantor (Government Issued)

OFW

• Photocopy of Contract, Photocopy Company I.D, Photocopy of Residential I.D
• Original Personal Bank Cert. (Local Bank)
• Original Personal Bank Statement (Local Bank)
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
