6. Original personal bank certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average daily balance)

7. Credit card statement 

8. Original bank statement or certified true copy of passbook for the last 4 months

9. Assets: ( Land Title, OR/ CR, Other Source Found, Investment, Personal Insurance, Pension Plan10. PSA (Original)
